FAQ
  1. How should I supply Global Translators Team (GTT) with a text?
Customers can send their texts to GTT via e-mail, fax number 0051-1-278-1303 or post and in turn they receive a quotation which is free of obligation. You can send any additional information (text target group, comments, terminology to be respected, etc.).

  2. I cannot supply the text at the agreed time. What happens now?
This is not necessarily a problem, but remember that a translator sets aside time for a planned assignment. We don’t like wasting people’s time, so these ‘gaps’ are often filled with other assignments which, obviously, also have to be completed by a certain deadline. Depending on the scope and deadline of these other assignments, we may not be able to start your assignment immediately, and this might mean your project is delayed. It is therefore best to respect the agreed deadlines as much as possible so that your planning and our planning remain on schedule!

  3. I still have a few changes/additions? What happens now?
You just send these to us and we will ensure that the necessary changes are made as soon as possible!. But we should mention that, if more than 100 words are going to be added or changed, we will apply our rate.

  4. For which languages can I entrust assignments to GTT?
We translate to and from French, German, Spanish and English. Thanks to our years of experience in the translation sector, we have a team of qualified, professional translators.

  5. I have short text to be translated. Is it cheaper if I do an initial translation myself and then have it checked and corrected by GTT?
Indeed we suggest you to let professionals do their work. An empiric translation can distort information, which is completely dangerous for commerce. We propose you our minimum rate of $60 for translating a
project of  three pages (about 600 words).
